Lunch with the girls

From left: Karen, Rach A, Rach M, Kezza, me and Shellea Kerrie & Rick with Sophie & Toby before heading off to the wedding

On Saturday I went to lunch at Rachel Allara's house. It was so much fun catching up with everyone. Needless to say, copious amounts of champagne and sauvignon blanc passed our lips and we were all feeling very cheery!

I left at 4pm to commence babysitting duties for Sophie and Toby who were having a sleepover at our house while Kerrie and Rick celebrated their neighbour's wedding. A night of mayhem and hilarity followed!!! I had a fascinating insight into what life would be like having three kids ... hectic to say the least! But loads of fun.

Liam's first steps

Our little baby boy has officially become a toddler... his crawling days are behind him and he is now a fully fledged walker... his parents are so proud!!

An added bonus is that his pants / shoes / socks aren't being ripped to shreds on the concrete or being dragged through the dirt ... washing is much easier now!

Here are some pics of Liam taking his very first steps, with the assistance of his "zimmer frame". He had to stop to take a quick call from Daddy while he was on his way outside.

Look Mum ... no hands!

Hang on a minute ... I just have to make a quick call...
See how clever I am - I can talk AND run!

Liam's new tent

Liam got a new tent to play with recently and he just loves it. His favourite game is hiding inside and then popping his head out expectantly at which point it is our cue to say "Peek a boo"!
