Weekend at Twin Waters

We decided at the last minute to spend the weekend up at Twin Waters because we are refurbishing the bedrooms and we wanted to get it all done. A good excuse for a weekend away!

The weather was glorious despite there being predictions for rain all weekend. We had lots of fun exploring the rock pools at the beach, playing in the playground, walking around the lagoon, eating, sleeping and drinking, and relaxing.

It was mother's day on Sunday and I was spoiled with lots of cuddles and a cup of tea in bed, followed by a full cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon. And the best part was that I didn't change a nappy all day!!!!!!
